A: Camera only goes offline when it losesxa0connection with wifi for some reason like when you restartxa0a hub and it not able to connect to it then it will show offline to avoid thesexa0issue you can add a extender which is nearer to the camera so that it gets proper signal from your hub. If the camera is not coming back on line on its own then you need to delete the device from the app and then add it again to delete the device click on pen like icon on the top right corner where it says offline and you can see the option at the bottom page to remove device click on remove device and then pair the camera with your app.:

A: You receive this error when there is connect error between your router and the camera, Try restarting the camera from the mains to resolve this as doing this it will force your router to give out another IP address to the camera, If that doesnt work then please reset the camera like a new, To do so click on the top right corner of the screen on the pen like icon and go the bottom of the page you will the see the option of remove device please click on it and then add it again like a new device on the same app.:
