• Select “Add device”
• Select “Camera and Lock”
• Select “Smart Camera Wifi”
• When it tells you to reset the device, please press the reset button for 5 seconds.
• Click next in the app and enter your new wifi password and click on next
• You will get a QR code on your phone which you need to show to the camera lens from 15 to 20 cm away till you hear a "Single Beep" from the doorbell or "Pairing information received"
• Click next and wait for it to be picked by the network.

Q: Can multiple users access the Smart WiFi Outdoor IP Camera?

Yes, this is possible by either sharing the password and username of the app or in the app you get an option to share with family and friends.

Q: What happens when the SD card is full?

Once the SD card is full, the camera will continue recording and overwrite the oldest data first.

Q: How to use two-way audio?

You need to activate the two-way audio option which you can find under basic function settings in the app. Please ensure you click on the mic in the app when you want to speak to the opposite person.

Q: Why does the camera show offline?

The camera only goes offline when it loses connection with WiFi for some reason like when you restart a hub and it is not able to connect to it. To avoid these issues, you can add an extender which is nearer to the camera so that it gets a proper signal from your hub. If the camera does not come back online on its own, you need to delete the device from the app and then add it again. To delete the device, click on the pen-like icon on the top right corner where it says offline, and you can see the option at the bottom page to remove the device. Click on remove device and then pair the camera with your app.

Q: What to do when there is an establishing connection error?

You receive this error when there is a connection error between your router and the camera. Try restarting the camera from the mains to resolve this as doing so will force your router to give out another IP address to the camera. If that doesn't work, then please reset the camera like new. To do so, click on the top right corner of the screen on the pen-like icon and go to the bottom of the page. You will see the option of remove device. Please click on it and then add it again like a new device on the same app.

Q: What to do if the picture is showing upside down in the app?

When you log in to the app, go to settings from the live view by clicking on the pen-like icon on the top right corner of the screen. Look for Basic Function Settings and click on flip and turn it off. That should fix it. If this does not work, then please delete the doorbell from the app by clicking on Remove device and wipe data, then pair it again. That should fix it for sure.
