Is this wireless video doorbell compatible with Alexa and Google Home?
Unfortunately, at the moment, this doorbell is not compatible with Alexa and Google Home.
Why is my ENER-J Video Doorbell not connecting to Wi-Fi?
Make sure you are within range of your Wi-Fi router. Check that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly, and the doorbell is within range of the network signal. Ensure that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi credentials during setup. Also, the two main reasons for the doorbell not connecting to your Wi-Fi are: your Wi-Fi router may not be set up to 2.4G (5G is not compatible) and/or there may be firewalls set up on the Wi-Fi network as default by your broadband provider. You may then need to switch to 2.4G and/or ensure the firewalls are off at the time of pairing the device.
The audio quality on my ENER-J Video Doorbell seems poor. How can I improve it?
Make sure that the microphone and speaker openings on the doorbell are clean and free from obstructions. Test the audio performance in different environments to rule out background noise interference.
