We had this fitted during our bathroom renovation and the wall-hung design has made cleaning underneath much easier. The heated seat is lovely and the wash settings are simple enough for everyday use.

I wasn't sure I needed an automatic lid, but I have got used to it quickly. The toilet looks smart and the warm seat has been especially welcome in the mornings.

I've fitted a number of wall-mounted toilets over the years and helped with this one as part of a refurbishment. The finished appearance is very tidy, and the built-in tank keeps the overall design neat.

I expected the controls to be confusing, but after a couple of uses I had them figured out. We mainly use the wash and dryer, with the heated seat running every morning.
